I wonder on what grounds the USG might go after US Citizens who donate. I doubt WikiLeaks has a 501(c) tax-exempt status although they should…

I support freedom of press, freedom of speech and freedom of the individual to express his/her views. However there needs to be some information that is kept secret, for example the control of terrorism. If terrorists knew the what why and when of our investigations into counter terrorism, there planning would be made easier. What one country thinks of another however is to my mind not a threat and if members of the royal family behave misapropriatly the world should know. I think wiki leaks has it right.
