Redneck but Democratic Redneck.... Lately, its voted for Bush in the last two presidential elections. It has always had a brain-drain problem, natives with better education and better employment possibilities move to Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Baltimore, Richmond, Louisville, etc...
